Purim is the Festival Celebrating God's Salvation or Deliverance
Through Esther God saved the Jews from annihilation at the hand of Haman the Persian, bringing redemption to Am Yisrael.
It has been said that Jews may be alive physically but still need to wake up and start living spiritually. When the Jews collectively experience a spiritual awakening they will be able to say "Am Yisrael Chai", which means the nation of Israel lives in the truest meaning of the phrase.
The literal meaning of "Megillat Esther" (or the scroll of Esther) is "revealing the hidden." Nowhere in the entire Book of Esther is there even one explicit reference to God, yet it is evident that He works through Esther and Mordecai to save His chosen people. Likewise, the truth of Yeshua being the Messiah has been hidden in plain sight from the Jews for 2,000 years. The time has come for Israel to recognize their Messiah, to see and know that Yeshua is the Salvation of Israel. The long awaited Messiah of Israel and the whole world has already come and is coming again. The Revelation of Yeshua ha Mashiach is the revealing of the hidden.
"In that day the Lord will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the Lord before them. It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
"And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn…""
